At Lison Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury swimwear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and hygienic liners intact inside the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
